These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "You") and elitebet ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") and govern all aspects of your use of the elitebet website, mobile interface, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, virtual sports, promotional offers, and customer support functions.

elitebet reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any time and without prior notice. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Players who are found to have provided false information during registration, including misrepresentation of age, will have their accounts permanently closed. Any balance held in such accounts, including winnings derived from real-money play, will be forfeited in full.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on elitebet. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During the registration process, you will be required to provide the following information accurately:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification.
• Date of birth confirming you are aged 18 or above.

• Residential address within Bangladesh.

The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions on elitebet unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the total bonus amount awarded, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the elitebet platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

elitebet employs advanced fraud detection, IP monitoring, device fingerprinting, and transaction analysis systems. These systems operate continuously and will flag suspicious activity for manual review. Players have no reasonable expectation that prohibited conduct will go undetected.

elitebet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances under which an account may be suspended or closed include, but are not limited to:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.

In cases where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, elitebet reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance, including deposited funds and winnings, in cases where the breach involves fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the elitebet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from elitebet.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software, game engine, or technical component of the Platform.
• Use elitebet's trademarks, brand name, logo, or visual identity in any context outside of lawful reference to the Platform itself.
• Screen-scrape, data-mine, or systematically collect any content or data from the Platform using automated means.

All game content served through elitebet from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is licensed to elitebet for distribution. Player use of game content is subject to the same restrictions listed above.

Any unauthorised use of elitebet intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action for damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, elitebet and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from a technical malfunction, system outage, or connectivity failure beyond the Platform's reasonable control.
• Loss of data, account information, or betting history resulting from a server failure, cyber attack, or force majeure event.

elitebet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your elitebet account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits elitebet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by the Platform's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While elitebet makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous service availability, no warranty is given as to uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform at all times.

elitebet reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible at /terms-conditions on the elitebet platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Where a material change is made to these Terms — particularly any change that significantly affects player rights, withdrawal conditions, bonus rules, or account closure procedures — elitebet will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a notification displayed upon their next login to the Platform.

Your continued use of the elitebet platform following publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. Players retain all rights available to them under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit any rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh that cannot be waived by contractual agreement.
